[Chameleon] PanMap problem

Hi list,

I have a little problem with my PanMap widget. In my template file, i have 
this tag :
            <td><cwc2 type="PanMap"  visible="true"  
styleresource="NavButtons" imagetip="map move" imagewidth="24" 
imageheight="24" toolset="Navigation">
              <image state="normal" 
image="./images/buttons/button_pan_1.png"/>
              <image state="selected" 
image="./images/buttons/button_pan_2.png"/>
              <image state="hover" 
image="./images/buttons/button_pan_3.png"/>
            </cwc2></td>

But any pan in my map. i can look only the pan icon.
