[Chameleon] shape file error

Dear list
I have some Russian shape file,i load these file in
chameleon properly,
I define in map file by EXPRESSION Claus ,that show
name of city in map(similar chameleon samples),but
these name do not display in correct language(Russian
language).
what is the solution of this problem?
i enclosed capture map file for more information.
