[Chameleon] Install Problem - msGetMapContext Not Implemented

Hi Jeff,

what Mapscript module is loaded in config/chameleon.xml (parameter  
mapscript_module)? Is this the same module you are checking with php info?

Is next to GDAL also OGR supported by your Mapscript ( INPUT=OGR )? GDAL  
is not important for this, but OGR is, since some XML utilities from OGR  
are used in the Web Map Context functions of Mapscript.
