[Chameleon] Projection error

Hi list,
 
I begin yet with Chameleon, i just install ms4w to develop and have quickly results and i get my map with default parameters ;
Now i want to put proper projection parameters but i get an error

running proj.exe tool i het the same error

 projection initialization failure
cause: major axis or radius = 0 or not given
this is the Projection session in my map file
