[Chameleon] Static legendLayer

Hi list,

First of all I want to wish you a happy 2005!. 

In sample enhaced in chameleon, legendlayer (and
others) is size dependent from the map. So if you
change map size, lengend size changes. And
lengendlayer doesn't hear css for size. 

Well, I'd like to know if it's possible change that
dependency and fix legend size.

I've looked at sample.js but I don't find the way to
change this. How it works?
