[Chameleon] howto set default active layer

Hi list,

The reason the "selected" thing didn't work, was a typo bug in file 
SelectLayers.widget.php at line 215 (of the Chameleon-2.0 version). The 
variable name should be $bHasSelection instead of $bHasSelected.
