[Chameleon] error when removing button

Hello all

I am using a modified version of the bilingual sample that comes with ms4w.  I am trying
to remove the "french" button from the page until the french version is actually in
working order.  I tried commenting out the call in the phtml file but this causes an
error when I load the application.  I get the message "image object for cwcimage_11 not
found?".  Is there some code somewhere else that I need to comment out?
