[Chameleon] error when removing button

Hi Robin.

the official way to get a widget out of the interface is to add 
enabled="false" to the widget attributes or to remove it from the 
template.  For various technical reasons, using HTML comments to remove 
widgets is not suppported, and in fact will cause errors such as this one.
