[Chameleon] Chameleon 2.2 Shared Resource /SqlQuery Widget

Paul,

The SharedResource widget will emit warnings about the Navigable, 
Queryable and PointQuery attributes in the main tag.

The SharedResource widget tag has a / at the end, which effectively 
closes it so that it does not include the subtag.  The subtag looks ok 
otherwise.

I assume you have a widget which uses this SharedResource?
