[Chameleon] map hyperlinked

Hi list,
 
I'd like to hyperlink text to different maps. Something similar to <a href="http:\\myweb.com\mychameleon.phtml?[extent],[cities_layer]">Paris</a>.
 
What I'd like is to choose attributes throw url.
 
Any idea, some experience?
