[Chameleon] hierarchical dynamic zoom widget

I have written a widget that might be usefull for others. See the 
following description.

This widget creates a selectbox which can be used to quickly zoom to a 
certain location. The options in the selectbox are dynamically created 
using polygons received by a requests to mapserver. The widget can be 
used hierarchical in such a way that the options available in one 
selectbox can depend on the polygon selected in another selectbox. For 
example selecting a specific country from a selectbox, zooms the map to 
this country and offers the user a selectbox that can be used to zoom to 
any city in this specific country.
