[Chameleon] Query widget

Peter,

Chameleon does not currently use query templates when outputing query 
results due to its start in the OGC world (we didn't even use a map 
file, just Context files).

It would be relatively simple to build a new query widget (QueryTemplate 
... ala LegendTemplate) that would use MapServer's templating 
functionality to display results.  However, as I have no particular need 
for such a widget right now, it would have to be contributed (or funded!)
