[Chameleon] Chameleon WMS problems??

Hi Paul,

That helped.  :-)  I think there was a version discrepancy between
mapserv and php_mapscript.so.  I downloaded, compiled, and installed
MapServer version 4.4.1 and everything is good.  Thank you,
