[Chameleon] Non-standard EPSG codes with CWC

Hi again, I should have this message a lot earlier.  Before I received a 
  copy of the message, I had figured it out.  Thanks for the support.  I 
am starting to use Chameleon and CWC2 to demo web mapping to a client. 
Should be fun and exciting :)
