[Chameleon] chameleon starting-problem with the projections

you do not have the non-standard epsg codes that the Chameleon samples 
use.  You can download a new epsg file from:

http://www.maptools.org/dl/

look for proj4-epsg-with-42xxx.zip and download it.  Then replace your 
existing epsg file (locate epsg - probably in /usr/local/share/proj or 
something like that)
