[Chameleon] cursor position

Kevin,

it is currently not possible to display the cursor position in anything 
other than the current map units/projection ... there is no way to 
reproject points on the client side in real-time as the mouse moves

There has been some discussion on this in the past, one possible 
solution that was discussed was to pre-calculate a grid of projected 
points over the map (say every 20 pixels) and estimate the mouse 
position by interpolating between those points.  This would take some 
development to do and is not currently planned.
