[Chameleon] Upgrade problems to MapServer 4.4.2

Hi Jason,

This bug was recently fixed if I recall correctly:

http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=1231

When writing the MAP file Mapscript should use quotes around the MIMETYPE  
but apparently it does not in your version.

Do you really need that mimetype? You can also use MIMETYPE image/png that  
will work for sure.
