[Chameleon] Upgrade problems to MapServer 4.4.2

Hi Bart,

Well I was using the latest 4.4.2 version from the MapServer web site. 
So I tried 4.4.1 and 4.6.0 but they all have the same problem.  I'm
going to have to revert back to 4.2.  Thanks,
