[Chameleon] coordinates display in Lat Long

If you reproject things, they end up in Lat Long, and so will your
coordinates be. You can not have the shape of your map in projected
space, while having your coodinates in Lat Long, because Lat Long is not
equidistant; your coordinates would be wrong, because the shapes of
things are different in Geographic space compared to projected space.

We are using the cursor coordinates widget...and
wondering.......can the output be set to Lat/Long even though the
project projection is something else? Our clients are familiar with
Lat/Long....even though their maps look strange when set to Lat/Long.
