[Chameleon] Can't make the rubberband work -- Help!

I have download the cvs and updated most js files (not cwc_roi.js), I also
updated MapDHTML.js - I still have no rubberband box in Firefox.

Would you happen to know which files were part of this fix? I'm not updating
the entire chameleon installation to cvs, but rather picking my changes. I
notice that there's been a major MLT change since 2.2, and I'm not ready to
make that switch.
