[Chameleon] problem porting application

[Kralidis,Tom [Burlington]]

My app, functionality wise, is similar to one of the sample templates,
only it adds a LegendTemplate widget.  When I tried commenting it out, I
received the same error.  When I try templates with the LegendTemplate
widget, they work with no issues.

Would this have anything to do with how my app is setup?  Note that I
have my application specific files seperate from the chameleon
distribution.  The initial .phtml file points to htdocs/chameleon.php
correctly.
