[Chameleon] question about Query widget

I am using a layer from an ESRI WMS server. This layer is queryable. But
the Query widget in my Chameleon application always says "The layers did
not return any results". 

I have read some Mapserver documents, but still have no clue how to make
it work.

Could someone show me how make it work?
