[Chameleon] Proxy Server settings

Hello,
 
I can't find an answer by searching the archives, I hope you guys can
help me.
 
I am trying to run Chameleon befind a firewall, so when the server tries
to connect to the internet to download maps, it times out because the
requests are not being routed through a proxy server.
 
Internet explorer and other applications that allow me to define a proxy
server work.
