[Chameleon] No input file specified

Hi,

I ve installed  chameleon on 2 pcs.
I installed MS4W without any problems on first one
and now I m trying to do a custom installation.

php and mapserver work fine cause I checked it with phpindo.php
and I get correct replies.Chameleon doesnot seem to work though.
I always get message "No input file specified"  on any
url I hit on Chameleon  (eg http://192.168.0.18/chameleon/admin/)

Apache 2.0.59
php  4.4.2
chameleon 2.4
proj 446
mapserver 4.8.1
