[Chameleon] Maptips widget for multiple layers. Help me, please!

Hi, all !!!

People, help me, please!!! Does anybody know how to make Maptips widget for
multiple layers? 

I have collided with this problem. I cannot make it. I searched for the
information about it and have found here it:

I in emergency and very much need your help! If it possible, anybody, divide
