[Chameleon] Question on radius

Hello Everyone.
I have a question on Radius settings. I looked everywhere but couldn't 
find a definite guide on it. Basically my  question is where do I 
control radius for the Point of Interest. It seems that no matter what I 
do I still get the same result for  as it gives me results within 1 mile 
- not less not more.
