[Chameleon] [SOLUTION] Chameleon Admin Crashing MS4w 1_4_0

For anyone interested, I have filed a chameleon bug for this 
(http://bugzilla.maptools.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1310), and you can follow 
along the progress.
