[Chameleon] Custom print to PDF widget?

Hello,

I'm wondering if anyone out there has created a custom print to pdf 
widget.  We would like to have a print to pdf button in our 
interface.  When the user clicks the button, the letter-sized pdf 
would be generated automatically without first going to a page with 
options.  The title and other options would be hard-coded.

If anyone has any sample code to share, that would be great.  Or 
perhaps someone could tell me in general how I might go about doing this.
