[Chameleon] maptips and nav tools conflict?

Hi Bill,

thanks for your fast reply, I am using IE in fact.

I just tried with the latest version (CVS head) of the MapDHTML widget 
and the problem is still there. My quick fix was just to comment out the 
following in the MapTips widget:

// bartvde, 16-01-2006
//$href= 'href="javascript:void(0);" ';

Another problem is that the cursors associated with certain navtools 
also don't work anymore, but this is probably the same as:
