[Chameleon] two bug fixes in cwc_dhtml.js

Hi list,

I have just done 2 bug fixes in CVS for missing 'px' suffices for css 
positioning in the following 2 functions:

-CWCDHTML_SetLayerPos
-CWCDHTML_PositionLayerByImage

This caused e.g. the Maptips stuff to not work nicely in Firefox 1.5 
(depending on the page layout).
