[Chameleon] scalebar

Thanks, Ill check that out. I think the scale bar is being stored in a tmp
dir, as I notice that scalebar images are being stored in my tmp. directory.
However, there doesnt seem to be anything that relates to this tmp location
in $_SESSION.

Jeremy,

the scalebar is likely rendered in drawmap.php and returned directly  
to the browser rather than stored in a temporary directory that is  
web-accessible.
