[Chameleon] Chameleon/MS4W 2 with Oracle

Hi,

I've just been upgrading to MS4W 2.0 and Chameleon 2.4, and trying to get it
to work with Oracle.

Unless I've done something wrong, it seems to cause all applications to
throw a [MapServer Error]: setExtent(): Given map extent is invalid as soon
as I follow the instructions to run with Oracle (this stops as soon as I
swap the DLLs back).

Is there some sort of conflict, or am I being incredibly dense again?
