[Chameleon] Chameleon/MS4W 2 with Oracle

MS4W 2.0 will not work with Oracle.  This issue will be fixed for the 
MapServer 4.8.4 release.  Until then you will have to use MS4W 1.5.3 for 
Oracle or SDE connections (available on the download page 
http://www.maptools.org/ms4w/index.phtml?page=downloads.html).
