[Chameleon] QuickZoom conflicts

Hi list,

I noticed when I added a quickzoom widget that after I use it,
Maptips, Legendtemplate and Update dont work properly anymore. Has
anyone noticed this before? If so, any idea how to fix it? I added
some code into the Maptips widget to pass the current extents as it
would just zoom out whenever I enabled it before, but I dont think
that is the problem as I havent touched the code in the other widgets
that conflict with it.
