[Chameleon] MLT resource directory?

Sounds like a good solution to me. I'll go for that one. Thanks for the
tip :-) .
Only thing we do need to agree on then is to use the ISO standard or not
for the file names ...... I am assuming we will go for ISO and then use
nl-NL.
