[Chameleon] LocateByAttribute problem

Hi,
Did you named the directory "LocateByAttribute" by respecting the case?
The case on linux is important. Other than that, I would try to 
copy/paste the path to make sure the widget file exist at the right 
place. Try:

$ ls 
/var/www/html/maps/chameleon/htdocs/widgets/LocateByAttribute/LocateByAttribute.widget.php

PS: Prior to 1.99 (don't remember when exactly), the widget files where 
not separated by directory, I suppose it's not the case in your version.
