[Chameleon] Weird error !!!

Is your PROJ library correctly installed and configured? Do you see PROJ_LIB
set when you check the phpinfo output?
 
Also, what PROJECTION objects do you use in your MAP file? Can you post
them?

when i opened my index.phtml (Chameleon) these error appeared :
