[Chameleon] spinner in common language file

Hi list,

shouldn't the spinner which is specified in the common language file be
moved to chameleon.xml?

We need to use an absolute url path, since our widgets can come from the
Chameleon widget dir or a custom widget dir, and the correct place for this
would be IMHO chameleon.xml.

Thoughts? If nobody has an objection, can I patch this in CVS?
