[Chameleon] spinner in common language file

Hi Bart,
I'm not sure...
By default spinner usually contains text. And since we have to change 
the image base on the current language, its place is in the language 
file I guess.

The spinner is also in the skin, so it can change base on the skin used. 
I'm not sure a global configuration variable would take care of all 
those issue.

I don't have a strong opinion on that though. I'll let the others (like 
Paul) comment on that.
