[Chameleon] QuickZoom issues

Greetings,

I have been having some issues with the QuickZoom.

It functions correctly as long as I use it either from a full extent
position or if I use it from an extent I have already traveled to using the
quickzoom.

 

But if I manually zoom to a location and then use the quickzoom, the
quickzoom coordinates are off. 

This only occurs if I use the zoom-in or zoom-out widget, does not occur for
pan or the pan arrows.

If I get to a point that the coordinates are off I must completely reload
the page before it is corrected.

 

Is this an isolated issue for myself or has this been seen before.
