[Chameleon] proxy problems..

Hi Julien,
Yes, the url (from gMapDHTMLURL) works from the web in all senarios.
What did we comment out? In the phtml file, we have a series of include
statements, that include code to produce a header and footer, among other
elements for the page. When these include statements are commented out. The
output of chameleon and the mapserver is viewable from the web. As noted
below, the statements loook like:
include "./tools/includes/cfs_ess_bar.php"; //problem
When these includes are excluded, the app works fine. However these are
necessary components of the page....
