[Chameleon] LocatebyAttribute Widget

Hi Marco,

The 'older' version relied on opening up the shapefile itself to search.
I re-wrote it recently to use the query mechanism instead, so an upgrade
from CVS should fix this. I'll send you the files off-list in case you
can't access CVS.
