[Chameleon] ROI missing in IE 6

Yahya,

the approach you have taken seems like the one I would have suggested.

I'm not sure why it doesn't show up in IE.  It could be a  
transparency issue or perhaps a timing issue, which can be tricky to  
debug and work around.  I don't have a lot of advice for you at this  
point.  Sorry.
