[Chameleon] KeyMapDHTML and MINBOXSIZE?

Hi Jennifer,

not yet, there is an enhancement bug for this though, see:

http://bugzilla.maptools.org/show_bug.cgi?id=980

I haven'd had time yet to incorporate this into the standard KeyMapDHTML 
widget, but I can send you the code if you want.
