[Chameleon] Fatal_error_line_197

Dear List,

I am using Chameleon 2.4. in the MS4W 1.6 (PHP 4.4.4, Apache 2.2.3, Mapscript 4.10.0) on localhost environment.
I receive an error while I try to built my own application (own data, mapfile)

Warning: [MapServerError}]: loadsymbolset(): (./etc/symbols.sym)in C:...wrapper\map_session.php on line 215

Warning failed to open mapfile C:\ms4w\apps\myapplication\htdocs/../map/test_my_map.map in C:\...wrapper\map_session.php on line 215

Fatal error: Call to member function on a non-object in C:...\KeyMap\KeyMap.widget.php on line 197


I read this might be a problem with the projection files (access to the proj directory) but I do not know where to change what.
I need Extent 3400000, 5600000, 3450000, 6000000 at eastern germany.
Please give me a simple instruction what to do to solve that problem.
