[Chameleon] Popup

Hello folks,

1) I was wondering where should I specify the Layer URL in the layer info
popup box?
Is this only possible for WMS layers?
2) Anybody know of a tutorial somewhere for creating customized popup boxes?
I would
like to give dynamically queried info to my users through a nice chameleon
popup. Doable?
