[Chameleon] Form Submission Issues...

I've recently added some geocoding/querying capabilities to my Chameleon
template. I simply added the form controls and a button that submits the
pages form. I'm getting the PHP $_POST variables and I'm able to create
the layer with the requested point mapped however for some reason my
request to change the map extents are not getting applied. When I make a
$_GET request to the MapServer and pass along my requests via the URL I
am able to make changes to the map extents. I'm wondering if there is a
special Chameleon way that I need to POST the page to get it to pickup
my new extent request? Does anyone have any ideas?
