Hello,
I just installed Chameleon 2.4.1 on a OpenSUSE 10.2 system using apache
2.2 and php5.
Chameleon's admin-pages reports no problems with the PHP and MapServer
environment. Even our Mapserver can be contacted via the admin-Site.
However, all sample scripts are producing emtpy pages and reporting the
following PHP warnings/errors in Apache's error_log:
[Mon Jul 09 14:47:34 2007] [error] [client 84.129.81.58] PHP Warning:
[MapServer Error]: msProcessProjection(): no options found in 'init'
file\n in
/internet/www/htdocs/chameleon/htdocs/common/wrapper/map_session.php on
line 215
[Mon Jul 09 14:47:34 2007] [error] [client 84.129.81.58] PHP Warning:
Failed to open map file
/internet/www/htdocs/chameleon/samples/map/chameleon.map in
/internet/www/htdocs/chameleon/htdocs/common/wrapper/map_session.php on
line 215
[Mon Jul 09 14:47:34 2007] [error] [client 84.129.81.58] PHP Notice:

[Mon Jul 09 14:47:34 2007] [error] [client 84.129.81.58] PHP Fatal
error: Call to a member function set() on a non-object in
/internet/www/htdocs/chameleon/htdocs/widgets/KeyMap/KeyMap.widget.php
on line 197
I checked already that all files/dirs are accessible by the webserver
and the map-file IS THERE (and accessible).
Can somebody please tell me what's going wrong there? Thanks!
I know: this problem was posted in Jul 2005 but nobody answered that
time. I hope being more fortuate, this time :-)
regards
Burkhard
