[Chameleon] Problems labeling layers

Hi,

I have a doubt with labering levels...using only MapServer (without
Chameleon), you costum the label of a layer in the layer definition in the
map file...
Using Chamaleon, do you have to define it in another file?

I ask this because the same map file using only MapServer , it shows the
labels without problem but using Chameleon, it don't.
