[Chameleon] Problem with msProcessProjection

Hi
I make installation  chameleon 2.0.1 under windows 2003 with IIS+php5.0.5+php_mapscript_46.dll 
I test php_mapscrit its loded by PHP.
the problem is on the test of samples joined a chameleon the meesage of errors is :
